Add Your Charger to the PowerUp! App


Get up and running in minutes with our step-by-step how-to video. It walks you through adding your PowerUp! EV Charger to the VoltiE PowerUp! mobile app, from opening the app to confirming a successful connection. 

You will see how to put the charger in setup mode, choose the right Wi-Fi network, enter credentials, and pair the charger with your account using the in-app flow or a QR code. The video also shows what each LED color means, how to verify the charger is online, and where to find common settings like pricing, access control, and notifications. We include quick troubleshooting tips for weak Wi-Fi, password errors, or a charger that will not appear in the app, plus how to reach support if you need help.




Connect Your Charger to Wi-Fi​

Get your charger online fast with our Wi-Fi setup video. In a few clear steps, we show you how to connect your PowerUp! EV Charger to your home or business Wi-Fi network using the VoltiE PowerUp! mobile app, including choosing the right network, entering credentials, and confirming a successful connection.


Step-by-step Wi-Fi instructions

  1. Power cycle your charger. Unplug it or switch the breaker off, wait 10 seconds, then power it back on.
  2. Wait for the LED to flash blue.
  3. On your phone, connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network broadcast by the charger. It will appear as a “Juicenet” device.
  4. Open a browser and go to setup.com.
  5. When the page loads, you will see a list of available Wi-Fi networks. Select your network and enter the password.
  6. Tap Connect. You should see a Success message.
  7. The charger will reboot. The LED will turn solid white once it is online.

Background

Enel discontinued the EVOS program, which means legacy EVOS cloud services and app features are no longer being maintained. To keep your charger online with secure access, payments, and monitoring, you should migrate to the VoltiE network.

What to do now

After you verify the charger is on Wi-Fi, residential users can download the VoltiE mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to claim and manage the device. Commercial subscribers should contact their VoltiE account manager to complete the migration and set up dashboards, pricing, and user access. If you do not have an assigned manager, email sales@voltie.us.
