This is a notice for all commercial accounts currently using the JuiceNet Dashboard (EVOS).
Please call us at +1 844 865 8434 or email support@voltie.us to update your company’s contact information. That way, we’ll have the correct phone number and email on file and can share your VoltiE account number and charger counts with your responsible party.
Since November of last year, VoltiE has made investments to support the continuity of the EVOS network and JuiceBox systems. This temporary measure ensured uninterrupted access and dashboard functionality during the transition period. VoltiE will now fully migrate all chargers to the VoltiE network. Commercial accounts that do not complete the verification process will lose access to remote management, reporting, and administrative features when EVOS is decommissioned.
VoltiE has created an application ecosystem that includes a mobile app for your customers in the Apple and Android app stores, as well as a web-based charging app that allows charging through the use of a QR code only.

Note: If you have already moved to another provider or have replaced your chargers, there is no action necessary on your end, and you may disregard this notice.
Note: If the EVOS account’s associate email address or phone number is no longer the correct one, please contact VoltiE tech support as a verification message will need to be received.

You must access the VoltiE Commercial Dashboard and verify your account before the deadline.
Step-by-Step: Verify and Migrate to the VoltiE Dashboard
Step 1. Visit: https://facility.voltie.us
Step 2. Click “Forgot Password”
Step 3. Enter the same email address used with your EVOS dashboard
Step 4. Check your inbox for a reset link
Step 5. Create a new password and log in (Your chargers should appear automatically)
Step 6. Confirm your account by responding to the verification email sent by VoltiE Support
Step 7. Review and sign the new SaaS agreement
